Personal data are processed on the basis of public interest/exercise of official authority (art. 6, par. 1 point e of GDPR) resulting from Act of 5 June 1998 on Voivodeship Self-government and the Act of 14 June 1960 on Administrative Proceedings Code in order to conduct correspondence (including sending answers).

Receivers of the data may be  authorized entities in accordance to binding law and regulations and entities providing administrative and organizational services on behalf of the Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
